Frequently Asked Questions

Planning a wedding ceremony and reception is overwhelming and confusing.  There are so many questions to ask and ever more that you may not have even thought about.  Listed below are many of the common questions that couples ask before hiring their Wedding DJ.

How long have you been entertaining as a DJ?
I started as a professional DJ in 2005 entertaining at schools, anniversaries, birthdays and weddings throughout New Hampshire.  It wasn’t long before I started exclusively entertaining at weddings.

Do you take song requests?
Song requests are at your discretion.  In my experience, your guests and friends are like minded and enjoy similar music.  Its not very often that a guest will come up with a request that is so far out that I wouldn’t play it, but in the end it’s up to you.

Do you have references from past clients?
The best way to learn about the experiences of past clients is to check out my Reviews page. My clients send their kind thoughts in thank you notes, emails or thru independent online review sites such as Wedding Wire.  You can check out those reviews here.

Do you offer event lighting?
I offer uplighting at weddings, the majority of my clients add lighting options as it dramatically enhances your reception. I use dance floor lighting as well with solid colors that compliment the atmosphere.

What do you wear to a wedding?
As Justin Timberlake would say…’Suit & Tie’.  At the majority of the weddings I entertain at the wedding party is dressed in suits.  My goal is a blend in. A formal tuxedo just wouldn’t look right.

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, I do have a large general liability insurance policy.  Proof of insurance is available upon request.
